MCA exists to expose the life-changing truth of Jesus Christ
-The weight of love
There is a more excellent way of love. As stated in 1Corinthians 13: 1-3, “If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.”
-The what that love is
It is impossible to truly express the virtues of love without the possession of love. Unless we possess the true nature of love, we are truly lacking in Godly love. When we “fall in love with Jesus,” we will possess the love God would want us to have and give to our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Remember, “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”
-The win that love delivers
Love NEVER fails. When we have that love of Christ, that love is there for us. When we feel low and turned out, the Lords love is with us. His love is perfect and complete. Love is face to face with our God.
-The run that wins
-The outset/Do we have a cause; a purpose? God first. More important than our necessities of life.
-The outlook/”Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Philippians 4:4-6. God does not want us to live a life of stress but of peace. Not of uncertainty but assurance in God’s love.
-The outreach/”Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making His appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:20
-The outcome/”I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved His appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:7-8
